VentureStudio, operated by Ahmedabad University Support Foundation, provides this platform to manage startup applications, visitor interactions, and portfolio compliance operations.

We collect account identity data, application details, visitor check-in entries, interaction logs, and compliance uploads required for incubation operations.

Data is used to evaluate applications, coordinate meetings, run compliance workflows, and meet audit obligations for supported schemes.

We do not sell personal data. Access is role-based within VentureStudio and shared with jury/funding stakeholders only when operationally required. Records are retained per legal and grant audit policy.
